Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at julietdartwork@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date unless arrangement has been made with Juliet D Parks directly. All returned items must be in new condition in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return an item for exchange, please contact me at julietdartwork@gmail.com to receive approval for the exchange before shipping the piece back to me. If you return your piece without contacting me first, you will not be reimbursed until further discussion has been made. After your exchange has been approved, please place the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the following address:

REFUNDS

Returns on general items are eligible for exchange only. Due to the personalized nature of commissions, no refunds or exchanges can be accepted. If the commission is not up to your liking, we may work together to satisfy your preferences until complete. If you cancel your commission during any time, your original deposit will not be returned but may be used towards another commission or purchase through Juliet D Art.
